A Calm, Supportive Presence for Your Family
I still remember those first days at home with my newborn—how quiet everything felt, yet how overwhelming it all was at the same time.
The questions, the exhaustion, the constant wondering if I was doing everything “right.”
At The Bubble Newborn Care, my role is to bring a sense of calm, clarity, and steady support into your home — so you can move through those early weeks feeling confident, rested, and truly cared for.
Meet Ashley
I’m Ashley — a Newborn Care Specialist, Perinatal Mental Health Specialist, wife, and mother of 3, based in Long Beach, New York.
At home, I’m raising two boys and a girl, and my own journey through motherhood has deeply shaped the way I support families. I’ve experienced both a cesarean birth and two VBAC deliveries, and breastfed and bottle fed all of my children.
This has given me a well-rounded, real-life understanding of the joy, the exhaustion, and the learning curve that comes with bringing a new baby home.
Support Rooted in Real-Life Experience
Being a mother of 3 has shaped the way I support families in a very real way.
I understand:
how important rest is in those early weeks (delivering a baby isn’t easy)
how overwhelming conflicting advice can feel
how much confidence matters for new parents
the emotional weight that can come with the postpartum transition
My approach combines hands-on newborn support with perinatal mental health–informed care, allowing me to support not only your baby’s needs, but your emotional wellbeing during this season too.
My goal is to simplify, guide, and support—so you can feel calm and capable, not second-guessing every decision. Everything is tailored to your baby, your home, and your parenting style.
Why the Bubble?
The newborn stage is often described as a “bubble”—a short, meaningful window where your focus is entirely on your baby. It is the most special time as a family.
My role is to help protect that space. To create an environment where you feel supported, your baby feels settled, and your home feels calm.
