My focus is on establishing healthy sleep foundations from the beginning, using gentle and developmentally appropriate methods. I do not use rigid sleep training approaches with newborns, but instead help guide natural rhythms that support better sleep over time.

Yes. I provide support with both breastfeeding and bottle feeding, including positioning, pacing, and troubleshooting common challenges. My goal is to help you feel confident and supported in whatever feeding method works best for your family.

Support is centered around your newborn and may include feeding guidance, soothing techniques, sleep routines, bottle preparation, baby laundry, and nursery organization. All care is personalized based on your family’s needs.

My primary focus is your newborn. Light tasks directly related to the baby—such as laundry, bottles, and nursery organization—are included. Additional support can be discussed if needed.

Yes. I am a certified Newborn Care Specialist, a Perinatal Mental Health Specialist. CPR certified, and fully insured. I am happy to provide additional details during our consultation.

Most families work with me between 20–30 hours per week during the first 6–12 weeks. Schedules are created collaboratively to ensure consistent, supportive coverage that fits your needs.
